I can’t remember the last time I was TRULY relaxed, where I wasn’t thinking about something I needed to get done or stressing about something I can’t control or something. I’ve been happy, I’ve been content (I am most of the time, despite my whining, ha), but I haven’t been relaxed. Honest to God, just listening to podcasts and just laughing by myself is the closest I get to relaxed. I really want to relax, I’m just not sure how to get there.
