Watched “Theatre At War” this morning, the documentary on this production. I’ve read Mother Courage and Her Children before, and I loved it, and I would kill to have seen this production. Meryl Streep is brilliant and I love watching a small fraction of her process. I also love the history behind it and hearing some of the play in it’s original German. Brecht was a force.
