I love this face.
Though, is he going to wear a Superman shirt in every Shakespeare show from now on? Not mad about it.

“Sigh No More” - David Tennant & Catherine Tate (from the “Much Ado About Nothing” Soundtrack)
HOLY HELL
*DEAD*
THIS IS THE BEST THING OF ALL THE THINGS.

My DT and Catherine Tate gifs are not nearly as enthusiastic about this as I am. THIS IS. WORDS CAN’T. I’M IN LOVE WITH A SONG.

But this 1980s version of Much Ado About Nothing works because of the chemistry between Tennant and Tate. Their slapstick comedy when apart – or listening in to others’ conversations – is superb, but together they combine an intensity and wit, which is exactly what Shakespeare intended for these two characters, with a modernity of delivery that makes these believable even set in the 1980s.
Much Ado is a good and funny play. Tennant and Tate make this a great play.
I think seeing this play would solve all my problems. I’mma blame it on that.

Hey, why don’t you transfer your pretty little faces to Broadway? Or even Off-Broadway? Or just my place of residence?
